  • 07:00 Hrs: Leave for the upper part of the City; we’ll cross a colonial neighborhood, drive down the Valley; after 30 minutes we'll reach CHILI RIVER in Chilina Valley. Nice river with clear waters, surrounded by agricultural fields and terraces with a beautiful landscape (Chilly In Quechua: “Cold waters”) brings its waters from the Andes between Misti and Chachani volcanoes. Here we have to walk for the river bank looking for the best fishing oportunities.

This is a public lake & dam at 1:30 hours from Arequipa city, at only  3,250m. /11,000 Ft. Altitude in the Andes of  Arequipa.  (Asphalted road.).

Ussually people goes to relax in one part of this lake. But we'll go the opossite side, a wide and quiet area, where you will find very few people or ussually nobody. Excellent for long distance casts.
