FISHING GEAR & SEASON
Perú Fly Fishing provides all basic fly fishing and / or spinning gear, but if you brig yours is Ok.
We provide rods, reels, lines, leaders, flies, nets for landing trout, etc.
If you bring your own gear, we reccommend 5wt / 6wt rods with Floating, sinking and Sinking tip lines 200 / 250 grains.
* We use Cabelas and Orvis gear.
FISHING SEASON: Lake: From April to December. Rivers from mid Abril to November
WHAT TO BRING:
• Waders: Not necesay at all. ( But according to the place).
• Lightweight shirts and pants, Short sleeved shirts for camp and fishing.
• Sun glasses.
• Wide brimmed hat or cap, Sun block.
• Lightweight waterproof jacket, Sweaters
• Another pair of shoes.
• (Please let us know if you have any allergy, diet, or medication.)
FISHING GUIDES
You will be escorted by experienced fly fishing guides, knowledgeable of all fishing routes.
CHILDREN
Of course is a pleasure and we like to take kids under their parent’s super vision. We will provide some extra instructions & rules before fishing. Better if they are older than 7 years.
